PRAYER MEETINGS
Prayer is a vital part of church life at King’s, and we regularly meet together to pray for the church, our friends and families, our town, our nation and other nations. Prayer meetings are usually held on at least two Sunday evenings each month, starting at 6.30pm and lasting about 90 minutes.
A combination of asking Dad for help, petitioning the sovereign God and seeking the guidance of a friend
We also hold dedicated ‘weeks of prayer’ every term, where we meet during the week to pray for specific issues or on particular themes. Often these are exciting meetings where we encounter God and seek his direction for the church. They also provide an opportunity for us to pray for one another and use our gifts and talents in a smaller setting.
