With the breakdown of family values in society it is more important than ever that families help and encourage one another. Families Reaching Everyone in St Leonards & Hastings (FRESH) is a community of families dedicated to helping anyone who needs support and encouragement or who is struggling with family life. We don’t claim to have all the answers to parenting but together we can pass on a lot of experience.

We organise many social activities together: some energetic ones, such as walks, kite-flying on the beach and organised games, and others more relaxing, such as picnics and barbecues. The children can run off their energy and the adults can chat, share experiences and offer encouragement. All ages are welcome – the only requirement is that you have fun!
