COMMUNITY GROUPS

Through Community Groups, we aim to express God’s love to people who may have never entered our building and may not
want to.


Community Groups take God’s love out to the community in diverse and creative ways. They are led by and formed of church members who have joined together with a shared desire to reach out to a specific section of people in the local community. These might be people in a particular geographical area (e.g. Downs Farm), a particular ‘type’ of people (e.g. families with small children) or people affected by a social issue (e.g. alcoholics).

Each Community Group has a name, a clear mission purpose and is no larger than 50 adult members. Our first three pilot groups were launched in October 2010, followed by another four in 2011. They are:
